Cinema City Association in cooperation with its project partners, announces an artistic residency program within the project
Parks4All in order to use, utilize, reevaluate public green spaces, and parks around us. The project is co-financed by the Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary Serbia Programme.
This is a call for you to apply and implement your ideas in the park in Novi Sad.
What we offer:
- €500 to cover basic expenses of the creative process
- Three meals a day from
October 15 to October 29- Accommodation during the residency
We have no basic technical requirements; the work can be a visual piece of art, land art, installation, photography, performance, film, bio art, bio music, gastronomy, contemporary circus etc, or anything else that can be interpreted within the scope of the park/public space.
What we ask in return:
The work should be theme-specific, visually enrapturing, and suitable for the festival and weather conditions.
Date: October 15 to October 29Application requirements:
- Letter of motivation (maximum 1 A4 page, including the name, contact details, date of birth and place of residence of the creator(s))
- Professional portfolio
- Plan/idea for a work to be created on site or installed there.
All applications will be evaluated by a three-member committee. Scoring will be based on the following model: 40 points for the artist's portfolio, 50 points for the work plan, and 10 points for the motivation letter. Accepted applications will be notified electronically.
By submitting your application, you automatically agree that your data will be processed by the residency organizer in accordance with the personal data protection act.

Artists can be from Serbia and Hungary.
Applications are accepted for working groups of up to 3 people, with an average age of up to 36. Groups can have participants from Hungary and/or Serbia.
Participation is based on individual work (technical instructors, mentors, and specialized assistance are not provided, although they may be available).
The working language of the workshop is English.

Udruženje Cinema City, u saradnji sa partnerskim organizacijama na projektu
Parks4All, raspisuje konkurs za umetničku rezidenciju sa ciljem korišćenja, aktivacije i preispitivanja javnih zelenih površina i parkova koji nas okružuju. Projekat je sufinansiran kroz Interreg VI-A IPA Mađarska–Srbija program.
Šta nudimo:
- 500 evra za pokrivanje osnovnih troškova kreativnog procesa
- Tri obroka dnevno u periodu
od 15. do 29. oktobra.
- Smeštaj tokom trajanja rezidencije
Ne postavljamo tehničke zahteve – rad može biti vizuelna umetnost, land art, instalacija, fotografija, performans, film, bio umetnost, bio muzika, gastronomija, savremeni cirkus itd, ili bilo koji drugi oblik izraza koji se može realizovati u okviru parka ili javnog prostora i festivala.
Šta očekujemo zauzvrat:
Rad treba da bude tematski relevantan, vizuelno upečatljiv i prilagođen festivalskim i vremenskim uslovima.
Trajanje rezidencije: 15 – 29. oktobar 2025. Uslovi za prijavu:
- Motivaciono pismo (maksimalno 1 A4 strana, sa imenom, kontakt podacima, datumom rođenja i mestom prebivališta autora/ke)
- Profesionalni portfolio
- Ideja/plan za rad koji će biti realizovan ili instaliran na licu mesta
Sve aplikacije će biti evaluirane od strane tročlane komisije. Bodovanje će se vršiti po modelu: 40 bodova nosiće portfolio umetnika, 50 bodova plan rada, 10 bodova motivaciono pismo. Prihvaćene aplikacije će biti obaveštene elektronskim putem.
Slanjem aplikacije automatski prihvatate da će vaši podaci biti obrađeni od strane organizatora rezidencije po zakonu o zaštiti ličnih podataka.

Učešće podrazumeva individualni rad – tehnička i mentorska podrška nisu obezbeđene, iako mogu biti dostupne.
